The trip to Jamaica was an amazing experience! You took care of everything without us having to worry about a single thing. Words cannot express our gratitude for the wonderful care that you took of us during our planning (not to mention the postponement the previous year).

The Sandals Resort that we stayed at in Negril was out of this world. Every single person working there treated us like royalty, right down to the maintenance and housekeeping staff. When we arrived our butler met us in the lobby and took us on a tour. He informed us that we had been upgraded to a nicer room. We originally had booked one of the Loft Rooms. We ended up with one of the rooms over the swim-ups. It was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better accomodations! The food, refreshments, and entertainment were beyond our wildest dreams. We went on two excursions…Swiming with the Dolphins and the Sunset Crusie. Both were fantastic. We also took advantage of the Couples Massage…needless to say, we loved it!

The whole experience is one that will not be soon forgotten. We are already discussing our return “voyage”. We highly recommend the Sandals Resort and Spa in Negril!!! Thanks again to Heather and Ultra Tech Travel….you “rock”!!!

First off, have you ever tricked your Travel Consultant/Friend into thinking she was booking a wonderful vacation for two and it turns out to be a SURPRISE Honeymoon??? Well, we did. It all started with originally just having a 40^th Birthday Party for Mike and, well, the joke was on everyone else. At 5:00 it had also turned into a Surprise Wedding. It was truly fabulous and we could not be any more happier about how everything turned out.

With all that said, we are so pleased with our Travel Consultant. As soon as she heard we were getting married that day, she immediately contacted her Representative and called to the Dominican Republic as well and had them change our status to ”Honeymooners” Wow, you would not have gotten that service from booking through Expedia or any other online site, that is for sure.

We had booked our Hard Rock Caribbean Suite at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with Heather Depew at Ultra Tech Travel, and it was absolutely amazing. The resort was HUGE, so, be prepared to walk. The food was amazing the pools go on forever and the rooms were mind blowing! I felt like there weren’t enough hours in a day to spend at the beautiful beach and pools.

What an amazing Disney World experience! I can’t begin to thank Heather enough for her exceptional service she gave our family. With only 4 weeks to plan our first Disney World trip, it couldn’t have been more perfect!

We arrived to the Pop Century Orlando Resort ahead of schedule with a flawless check-in. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, & became the perfect place to chill out after our fun-filled days at the amusement parks. The pools were large, spacious and very clean. The food was exceptional & the selection suited even our pickiest eaters! The oversized props at the hotel were absolutely amazing! We made sure to walk the property and take our pictures in front of each one.

Heather was quick to welcome us to Orlando and made sure we arrived home safely. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent and a more memorable family vacation.

Ultra Tech Travel helped make our Disney World vacation unforgettable!  Because everything was pre-planned and purchased, it was simple and easy.  All we had to do was have fun.  We were planning our next vacation to Disney World before we even left.  Our sons were amazed and our oldest, Ryan, who is 5 years old looked up at me and said, “Mommy, you were right…my dreams did come true!”  Priceless!  Words can’t express our gratitude to Heather Depew and Ultra Tech Travel for helping make our best vacation happen.  Thanks again!  The Pepperman’s  Beaufort, NC

My husband and I had the most fantastic, relaxing and romantic Honeymoon at Sandals Whitehouse in August.

Our Honeymoon Beachfront Walkout Room we booked through Heather Depew at Ultra Tech Travel was truly FABULOUS.
We were overwhelmed with how beautiful this resort was. One of our favorite things about this resort was the “pristine” beach! It was a truly amazing visit!

The staff, from entertainment staff, to the waiters, maids, front desk staff were all friendly, helpful, fun and always smiling. Any request we had was immediately looked after. We found this great attitude rubbed off on the guests as well. All the guests say hello to each other, chat openly and have fun in the bars, restaurants, pools and beach. This incredible atmosphere made us so happy every day.

The gorgeous grounds were very clean and beautiful. It was like paradise. The pools were also very clean.. just absolutely breathtaking.
Some people have commented on the road to the resort, yes it is 90 minutes from Montego Bay and yes it is a little twisty, turny and rough in places, but it is all part of the experience. Sit at the front of the bus and enjoy the views.

We had a fantastic stay at Whitehouse, we would definitely go back.

Our ship was beautiful!!! It was the Emerald Princess Cruise ship…    It was a new experience for both of us and we enjoyed it very much… We stopped at Princess Cays Islands, Bahamas; Ochio Rios, Jamaica; Grand Cayman Islands; and Cozumel, Mexico… We got married on a private Jamaican beach during our cruise…. It was a dream come true!!!  We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything… We’d reccommend your services to anyone considering a great vacation… I’m already looking to book another cruise with you guys for next year!!!

My new husband and I had an absolutely amazing “Weddingmoon” at Secrets St. James in Montego Bay.  From the beginning, Jillian was extremely helpful in determining which location and resort would best fit our budget, and she was always very accessible whenever we needed her.  Jillian addressed all questions and concerns that we had about our trip in a timely and professional manner, and while we were a bit nervous to work with a travel agent who didn’t have a storefront, per se, everything worked out for a fabulous vacation and wedding that we will never forget.  This was our first stay at an adults-only, all-inclusive resort, and we can’t say enough good things about it.  We stayed in the Preferred Club and were treated like royalty the entire time.  There were always a bountiful assortment of hors d’oeuvres, desserts, snacks and drinks in the lounge, the staff was incredibly attentive and gracious, and the property was beautiful.  Everything was very clean and well-kept, and any minor issues that we encountered were dealt with promptly.  The food was definitely indicative of a 5-star resort; our favorite restaurant was Himitsu, the Japanese hibachi restaurant….we went there twice!  The spa was also incredible, and we highly recommend going there.  Even if you don’t have a service done, we loved “the circuit,” which is a sequence of body treatments from hot/dry saunas, to various water massaging segments.  Our wedding was amazing as well.  The wedding coordinators did a great job accommodating us with the weather, and our photographer was wonderful.  I could not have dreamed of a better wedding or honeymoon, and we’re hoping to go back for our anniversary!

Good Morning Lindsey ~ sorry it has taken me so long to get in touch with you …. I want to tell you that we had a fantastic time!  They did upgrade us and would you believe to the Italian Village (Tuscany Room…)  It was perfect for our family and we will probably never go back to any other room J  I am attaching a couple pictures and can get you more…nothing but positive.  Alex was permitted on the slides per Adrian (I am sending him an e-mail today and will cc you…) and when I saw him in one of the restaurants I went up to him and personally thanked him.  I will start looking in a month or so for good flights and if I ever find ones again direct out of Phila I will contact you immediately to book again…..Great Time and thanks for all that you did!!!!!

I wanted to take a quick moment to personally thank you for your willingness to work with our family and allow our son Alex, age 12 at only 40 inches, to enjoy all the events and activities Beaches Turks and Caicos offers.  I can’t emphasize enough the difference that makes in our family vacation not to mention the fantastic resort and staff you have at T & C.  I would like to mention some special staff who went above and beyond in making our family comfortable and being part of making our vacation truly one of our best.  Salvatore from the Italian Village Office was more than welcoming and accommodating and started our stay in the most positive way.  Amoy at Mario’s was gracious and helpful as was Natalie at Arizona’s.  Natalie made our children feel special and went out of her way to make our meal fun and enjoyable.  Anthony at Gordon’s remembered our family from our visit to Boscobel two years ago and also went out of his way to make us comfortable.  I cannot say enough how pleased we were with our visit to Beaches T & C and the truly accommodating and welcoming environment you presented.  Alex is approaching his teen years and is a competent swimmer with height being the only barrier ~ your willingness to work with us made the difference and we will be back (I am already checking flights for next year J )  Thank you again for being part of a wonderful experience for our family….our best!

Hi Lindsey,

Just wanted to thank you for planning a great trip for us again. The food was very good, the resort was very nice and it was very clean and well maintained. Had a lot of fun!! Drank steel bottoms, which is what the locals drink, a red stripe with a shot of rum in it. The one bartender told me I was a heavy drinker if I could handle drinking steel bottoms. Well, I’m not going to say I handled them very well, I was drunk a lot, but I did drink them the whole time. Breezes was nice I can’t complain about anything!    The drive from the airport took only an hour which I didn’t think was bad at all. This trip was a very positive experience for anyone that has never been to Jamaica. People say a lot of negative things about the country, but I have yet to be disappointed. I am already thinking about going again next year. Mike and I have decided we would not stay for less then a week next time we go. That was the only bad thing about the trip was that it was too short. Thank you again, can’t wait to plan the next one!
